Data Requests

OPRC provides public access to aggregated data on physicians and postgraduate medical trainees in Ontario. Users can download these data resources and filter and explore the data aggregated by select demographic and geographic variables.

Data requests are processed on a cost-recovery basis. Fees may apply depending on the complexity and scope of the request. For further details, please refer to the Data Access and Release Policy.

We aim to acknowledge all data requests within 5 business days. The more detail you provide, the easier it will be for us to evaluate and process your request efficiently. Delivery times will vary based on the complexity of the request, length of time required to investigate and clarify the scope of the request as well as the current OPRC workload. We will provide an estimated completion time after reviewing the submitted data request.
